Angelica Tcherassi does not accept returns. Jewelry damaged in transit may be exchanged on a case by case basis, with store credit, within 14 days upon received by the buyer. We do not take back jewelry damaged by the customer. Damage in transit is relatively rare. We must be notified of any incident as soon as the buyer receives the products, or on the first 24h max.

Please have in mind that we work hard to ensure that all images are displayed accurately, however screen resolutions or the brightness of each device may reflect in a sublet variation from the final printed edition. This is normal and out of our control. However we try to reflect colors as accurate as possible.

Do Not swim or shower with it. Humidity can degrade the enamel much quicker. Treat it with care.

Dont use chemicals on it. It will damage it. Clean with a damp towel if needed. Normal wear can make the gold fade and will depend on each skin and how often it is used and treated.

If pumped against another object, dropped, or scratched the enamel can be broken or scattered. Treated with care and love these pieces can last for many years to come!
