Q. When will my new artworks arrive?
A. Specific shipment dates will be unveiled once the order has been placed. You will receive a tracking number to follow your package. *COVID19 May cause some delays. Please bare with us.
Spain: 7-10 working days unframed. Framed 10-12 working days . Frames must be ordered upon request and for BCN only for the time being.
EU and Outside of EU: 12-15 working days unframed. No frames available.
We cannot take responsibility for delays out of our control such as customs delays etc.
Q. How much does shipping cost?
A. Shipping rates are calculated by the size of the package, number of art prints and shipped via FedEx, DHL. For any specific shipping and handling questions please refer to our Shipping and Returns policies.
Q. Can I change my shipping address?
A. Unfortunately once the order is dispatched we are unable to redirect orders. And once marked as "delivered" by carrier tracking, we are not responsible for the package.
Q. Does THE VIBES by AT ship internationally?
A. YES we do! We ship artworks globally. Where ever you are, we will get them to you. All art pieces are send in our black tubes.
Q. What happens with Deliveries outside of the European Union. Taxes and Duties.
A. Please note that local customs and import taxes may apply if shopping from a location outside of the EU. Any local taxes or import duties are not included in the product or shipping prices unless otherwise stated. These costs are solely the buyer’s response and cannot be used as cause of return. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer
Q. Do you ship to PO Boxes?
A. We are unable to ship to PO boxes for liability and insurance reasons. Sorry.
Q. How are the pieces packed?
A. All prints are sent in a protected tube. Inside you will find the Certificate of Authentication.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. We don't have a return policy. If the artwork is damaged, please notify us within 24h providing pictures of the damaged package and inside of the product if opened. We’ll gladly offer you a store credit to use within 30 days of receipt of the artwork.
Q. Can I get a piece in a special size or can I commission a new work?
A. For special sizing and commissions, please reach out to email@example.com and we’d be happy to discuss a special size or potential commission for a new original work with AT.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. At THE VIBES by AT we currently accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express or through bank transfers upon invoice.
Q. How do I take care of my art pieces?
A. The best way to store your prints is an archival frame. Rolled prints can be damage over time if stored to long like that. Framing materials should be acid free to ensure your work does not deteriorate and change of color. We recommend Plexiglass over regular glass. For handling use soft cloth gloves and always have clean hands when touching the print directly, to avoid getting dirt or fingertips on it.
